Facilities & Rentals

To rent a facility in the District, an application for facility use will need to be completed. The DDSD Facility Use Application attached below can be downloaded, completed and faxed to Nancy Wong at 503-261-8247. Patrons can also email their application to Nancy Wong at nancy_wong@ddouglas.k12.or.us Information about the process can be found below in the Facility Rental - Fees 11-12 attachment.
