NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
The David Douglas School District will hold a public meeting to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018 on the following dates:
May 1, 2017
Budget Committee Meeting/Testimony received. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Meetings may conclude on May 1st if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2017-18 Proposed Budget.

Public testimony will not be received at these meetings. Meetings will conclude on any of these dates if the Budget Committee takes action to approve the 2017-18 Proposed Budget.
All meetings will be held in the Board Room at 6:30 p.m. at David Douglas School District, 1500 SE 130th Avenue, Portland, Oregon. A copy of the 2017-18 Proposed Budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 21, 2017 at the David Douglas School District Business Office at 11300 NE Halsey Street, Portland, Oregon between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or online at http://www.ddouglas.k12.or.us (at the Home page select District, then Business Operations, then Financials).
