Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration is open for children who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2022. If your child isn’t registered yet, we encourage families to register as soon as possible.

Registering as soon as possible gives incoming kindergarteners and their families the chance to get to know their teacher, become familiar with their school and learn the next steps in beginning kindergarten. Early registration is also extremely helpful because it gives teachers and school staff time over the summer to prepare the classroom for your child.

Who Can Begin Kindergarten This Fall

Children who:

• Live within David Douglas School District boundaries
• Will be five years old on or before September 1st, 2023
