Here’s to a fantastic year of learning, growing, and building strong connections. Welcome back, everyone!
Hispanic Heritage Month

We’re excited to celebrate National Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15. In David Douglas School District, one in four students proudly identifies as Hispanic/Latinx. This month, we pay special tribute to their vibrant cultures and significant contributions, which enrich our district’s diversity.
Let’s take this opportunity to learn, share, and appreciate the diverse cultures that make our district so special.

Their dedicated efforts ensure students have the resources they need to thrive academically and personally.
Community School Coordinators Appreciation Week is our chance to recognize and thank these incredible leaders for their unwavering commitment and the positive impact they make in our schools. Let’s take a moment to thank our SUN Site Managers for all they do for our students and community.
