At the David Douglas School Board meeting on January 9th, 2025, the board approved a resolution affirming our commitment to creating safe and welcoming schools for all students.
As a district, we stand united in our dedication to protecting our students and ensuring our schools remain inclusive spaces where every child can thrive. District employees have received communication from Superintendent Richardson regarding our pledge to prioritize student safety and well-being. Staff will continue to receive guidance on district policies, procedures, and expectations to uphold these values.
