Schedule Your Student Sports Physical at Multnomah County Health Centers: August 11–19

Community Students participating in a physical education class in a gymnasium, supervised by a teacher.

The Multnomah County Student Health Centers will be offering sports physical exams on select days this summer between August 11–19. These clinics are specifically for students planning to participate in sports when school resumes in the Fall. Because appointments fill up quickly, it may be easier for families to schedule sports physicals at one of our Student Health Centers instead of going through their regular doctor.

Making an Appointment

Please remember that all exams are by appointment only—the centers are not able to accept drop-ins. However, there may be some same-day appointments available if you call first thing in the morning.

For details, see the Multnomah County Student Health Centers’ flyer (available in English and Spanish), and call your nearest center to make an appointment.

In addition to these special sports physical clinics, the Student Health Center at Parkrose High School is open daily by appointment throughout the summer for all student health services. This summer, the David Douglas Student Health Center is also open by appointment Tuesday through Thursday until the end of August. Both of these centers will also be providing sports physicals on select days.
