Bond Work and Facility Closures
Thank you for your continued support, David Douglas community!
We are excited to move forward with improvements made possible by your support. These projects will help create better learning environments for our students and community. We thank you for being a vital part of this progress.
We plan to complete a significant portion of the bond work over the summer months.
Please be aware that some facilities may be temporarily closed during this time.
Campus Closures for Summer
Mill Park and West Powellhurst Elementary Schools, Floyd Light Middle School, Fir Ridge Campus, South Powellhurst, and David Douglas High School South Campus & pool buildings will be closed for construction during the summer.

Fourth of July
In observance of Independence Day, the district office will be closed on July 4.
We wish everyone a safe and joyful Fourth of July celebration!
Health Centers
Two School-Based Health Centers will be open during summer break to provide health services for all Multnomah County youth ages 5 to 18. All other Multnomah County Student Health Centers will be closed, except August 11-19, specifically for Sports Physicals.
