Business Operations manages the financial functions of the District, including: accounting, financial systems, budgeting, purchasing, grants, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. The Director of Administrative Services oversees all functions.
Staff in Business Operations collaborate with educational and operational departments as part of a robust, cross-functional, District-wide team. This ensures effective communication and shared expertise to meet the District’s goals.
