Who We Are

Business Services manages the financial functions of the District, including: accounting, financial systems, budgeting, purchasing, grants, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. The Director of Administrative Services oversees all functions.

Staff in Business Services collaborate with educational and operational departments as part of a robust, cross-functional, District-wide team. This ensures effective communication and shared expertise to meet the District’s goals.

We are committed to providing reliable and timely financial information to the District and the community, and successfully managing and protecting the District’s physical and monetary assets.

Effective and efficient systems – Business Services policies and procedures ensure compliance with government laws, policies, regulations and reporting requirements, as well as ensure smooth daily operations to support the District. We continuously seek ways to improve our processes.
