How do I activate my ParentSquare account?
Parents and guardians can activate their ParentSquare account using the email or phone number on file with their child’s school. The email/phone number must match contact details in the school’s database for this to work! Visit parentsquare.com/signin (or install the ParentSquare app) and follow the prompts to sign up.
How do I change my contact details (phone number, email, etc)?
Is your contact information incorrect or needs to be updated? Is your name misspelled? Do you see information for a student who’s not yours?
Information in ParentSquare is pulled from school records. Changes and corrections must be made in the student information system (SIS) records. Ask your school office to update your information. Once they update their records, changes will automatically be reflected on your account in ParentSquare within a few days.
My email is correct in ParentSquare. Why am I not receiving emails?
Please check your email spam folder to see if any ParentSquare messages ended up there. If that is the case, mark them as “Not Spam.” Also add donotreply@parentsquare.com to your email contacts so your server recognizes our messages. If you still are not receiving emails, please contact support@parentsquare.com
Do I have to use ParentSquare on my smartphone?
No, from a computer you can navigate to https://www.parentsquare.com/signin and do all of the same ParentSquare activities.
How do I find the ParentSquare app?
On your phone, the app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play by searching “ParentSquare”.
How do I navigate ParentSquare, when I have children at multiple schools?
While signed into ParentSquare, parents can change which school feed they are viewing. For step-by-step instructions, visit this switching schools tutorial page.
I am a DDSD parent and staff member. I no longer want one login for my PSq parent and staff accounts. How do I unmerge them?
When a user has their parent and staff accounts linked under one login they can be unmerged. ParentSquare needs to take care of this request.
How do I access ParentSquare help resources?
Users can quickly find answers while logged into their PSq account. While using the ParentSquare website, click on the question mark symbol for a menu of help resources. To access this menu from the ParentSquare app, click the 3 line symbol in the top left corner of the screen and select help.
