Multnomah Early Childhood Program

Oregon law requires that children catch up on their immunizations for school and child care. Check with your school, child care, or medical provider to see if your child is due for vaccines.

Immunization Deadlines for the 2025-2026 School Year

January 14th, 2026February 25th, 2026
To not receive an exclusion letter.To not get turned away from school or child care.

Schools and facilities are required to have their immunization and exemption rates available for all families.
