MECP Parent Handbooks

The Multnomah Early Childhood Program (MECP) handbooks are a great resource for families with children in our program. The handbooks provide helpful information, including explanations of common terms you may hear, such as Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and Primary Service Provider (PSP). They also include important details about what happens during weather closures, what to do if your child is sick, our yearly program calendar, and much more.

2025-26 MECP Parent Handbooks

Our MECP Handbooks are available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese. You can also request a physical copy from your child’s service provider, or contact our main intake line to have a copy mailed to you.
