Multnomah Student Health Centers

Multnomah County offers comprehensive primary and mental health care services to all youth ages 5-18 who live or go to school in the county. They have nine clinic locations including one at David Douglas High School. Youth can be seen at any location. They do not need to go to their home school clinic. Oregon Health Plan

As of July 1, 2023, people of all ages who meet income and other criteria qualify for full OHP benefits and other services and supports, no matter their immigration status. This is possible thanks to a law called Healthier Oregon

Provides education, free tools, and expert advice about drugs —especially fentanyl—to help families in Oregon connect and stay safe. For more resources, please check the New Drug Talk Oregon’s website.

Navigating the U.S. Healthcare System

NEW is a free resource designed to help refugees, immigrants, and newcomers to the U.S. navigate the health care system and take care of their own health.

By signing up, newcomers will receive free, 2-minute health education videos—sent by text in their own language—on topics like interpretation services, dental care, healthy eating, and more. Videos will be available in Arabic, Burmese, Dari, English, French, Haitian Creole, Karen, Pashto, Spanish, Somali, and Swahili.
