Opt-Out Forms

Opt-Out Letters are sent through ParentSquare annually. Your school administrator will be sending out notifications before lessons are taught. If you wish to opt your student out of any CSE lessons, please complete the form via ParentSquare.

Answer:  The form is sent in Parentsquare so that families can access it in their preferred language.
