Thursday, August 25, 2022 – DDHS Tour
10 a.m. | 1001 SE 135th Ave. Portland, OR 97233
Meet at the main entrance by the flagpole. The Scot shop will be open to purchase DDHS attire. No rsvp is necessary. Just be sure to arrive a few minutes before 10 a.m. The tour may last a couple of hours.
Friday, August 26, 2022 – Golf at Gresham Golf Course
Scramble format with first tee time at 10:30 a.m. A few spots are still open. If you are interested in signing up, please email openwidedmd@comcast.net. The cost for seniors (that’s all of us) is $16 for 9 holes with the second 9 being free (some may only want to play 9 holes) and $11 per rider per cart. Please specify if you will be playing 9 or 18 so that participants can be grouped appropriately. Golfers will be notified of their tee times a couple of weeks in advance. If you want to arrange your own foursome, please email me with your group. Special thanks to Don Wolsborn for arranging our golf event.
Saturday, August 27, 2022 – Reunion Picnic
1 p.m. | Blue Lake Park
Starts at 1 p.m. There is a $5 car park entrance fee. The event will be held at the Chinook Shelter A/B. This is a BYO event, that means food and drink, alcohol is permitted (beer and wine only). To help with costs (park reservation and alcohol permit, etc), we will be charging $10 per person. You will then be entered into a raffle drawing. We will have some activities such as 3-legged race, water balloon toss, wheelbarrow races, corn hole, dancing and singing the fight song. Special prize for those that wear a kilt. No rsvp necessary.
